Postgraduate Open Day

Open Day

The Department of Anthropology at UCL invites all prospective candidates to the Postgraduate Open Day on Wednesday, 2nd March, 14 Taviton Street, London.

There will be a general introduction to the Department, a chance to meet staff and students and ask questions, a tour of the UCL campus, and hopefully a film showing.

This event is open to all and will cover the following programmes:

  • MSc Anthropology Environment and Development
  • MSc Digital Anthropology
  • MA Ethnographic and Documentary Film   
  • MA Material Anthropology and Design 
  • MA Material and Visual Culture
  • MSc Medical Anthropology
  • MSc Human Evolution and Behaviour
  • MSc Social and Cultural Anthropology

Provisional Programme

1.30 pm Arrival – Tea and coffee in the Student Common Room (G11)
Introduction to Department
2.30–3.30 Breakout Sessions – to meet and question programme representatives
3.30–4.15 Tour of Department and Campus
4.15–4.45 Tea and Coffee break – chance to chat to attendees and current students
5.00-5.30 Departmental Film Showing
