How have Pink Tide countries in Latin America
addressed race relations? Have Left or Left-leaning governments in Argentina,
Brazil and Ecuador been effective in addressing the racialised exclusion of
large sectors of their populations from full citizenship? Have Pink Tide
politics made a difference for racialised 'Others', such as Peruvian or
Bolivian immigrants, in Argentina? These are some of the questions that this
distinguished panel of speakers will discuss
