London Colloquium - New Voices on Canada

Dr Tony McCulloch, UCL Institute of the Americas, and Dr Chris Kirkey, State University of New York (Plattsburgh), are delighted to present the July 2014 London Colloquium in collaboration with the British Association for Canadian Studies (BACS). The Colloquium will take place on Friday 11 July and Saturday 12 July and will feature more than twenty young scholars from all over Europe. A selection of the best papers delivered at the Colloquium will be published in a special issue of the British Journal of Canadian Studies, co-edited by Tony McCulloch and Chris Kirkey, to be published in September 2015. Attendance at the Colloquium on 11 July and/or 12 July is free and open to all, but registration is required. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. 

The Colloquium will be preceded on Thursday 10 July at 6.00pm by the UCL Quebec lecture, to be given by Chris Kirkey. This event is also open to all but attendees must register for it separately from the Colloquium. There will be a reception at 5.00pm on 10 July followed by the Quebec lecture at 6.00.
