UCL - Institute of the Americas (UCL-IA) welcomes experts Richard Gott, author of 'In the Shadow of the Liberator: The Impact of Hugo Chávez on Venezuela and Latin America' and 'Hugo Chávez and the Bolivarian Revolution'; Dr Julia Buxton, Head of International Relations and Security Studies (IRSS), Peace Studies, University of Bradford; and Professor Kevin Middlebrook, Professor of Latin American Politics, UCL Institute of the Americas to lead the discussion on this topic.
