UCL - Institute of the Americas welcomes Prof Rhys Jenkins (East Anglia) to deliver the 2013 Annual Globalisation and Latin American Development Lecture.

The main purpose of this paper is to analyze the impact of China’s economic relations with Latin America, which have grown rapidly over the past decade and have made China the major trade partner for a number of countries in the region.
