Projects

The next 2 years sees a large amount of work in AISC, to deliver a number of new and combined services.

In order to safely manage several Projects all making changes at the same time, some with elements in common (dependencies) are grouped into a Transformation Programme.

Each Project has its own Project Board with a cross-representation of people involved, or with an interest, in its delivery, including senior SLMS staff. Project teams also focus at a lower level of fine detail to ensure the necessary activity takes place.
