Affective Brain Lab: People
Caroline Charpentier
PhD student (co supervised)
During my MSc project, I will work on the behavioural and neural mechanisms underlying cognitive dissonance, or the psychological discomfort caused by having to choose between two equally valued options. More precisely, my project will aim at investigating how different types of decisions can influence individual preferences and modulate their neural correlates, using fMRI and behavioural measures.
