Dr. Jeffrey H. Altschul
Jeffrey H. Altschul has been involved in cultural resource management for 35 years. He is chairman and founder of Statistical Research, Inc. (SRI) and chairman and co-founder of Nexus Heritage in 1983; consultancies based in the USA and UK, respectively, which together provide cultural heritage services worldwide. He also is president and founder of the SRI Foundation, a not-for-profit organization in the USA that advances historic preservation through research, education, and training. Altschul holds a Ph.D. in anthropology from Brandeis University. He is currently president-elect of the Society for American Archaeology.
