About the workshop
The tools and insights from this course can enhance existing marketing programmes to deal with increasing budgetary constraints and the vital need to get across new social media technologies, platforms and techniques.
About the Course Presenter
Chris Coleridge is a Teaching Fellow in UCL’s Department of Management Science and Innovation (MS&I). He is also a Visiting Lecturer at London Business School where he teaches on the Masters in Management, MBA, EMBA and Executive Education programmes.
Prior to becoming an academic, Chris was an entrepreneur who in the 1990s founded seven start-ups in the marketing services industry, several of which are still in existence in one form or another, and was a Fellow of the Institute of Direct Marketing. After selling one of his businesses in 2001, he did an MBA at London Business School. Deciding that scholarship and teaching were his vocation, he moved to the LSE, where he completed an MSc in Organisational and Social Psychology and where he is now in the final stages of his PhD studies in Management.
Chris‘s research and teaching activities focus on strategic innovation, entrepreneurship, social networks, team performance, non-market strategy and strategic management. He is also watching the development of “constructive capitalism” with keen interest and especially the role to be played by technological entrepreneurs in this area.
