Enterprise Europe Network (EEN)

Jan 2013 – Dec 2014

EEN

Funded by the European Commission‘s Competitiveness and Innovation Framework Programme (CIP), Enterprise Europe Network is your gateway to competitiveness and innovation. EEN provides support to businesses looking to grasp opportunities present in the European market that might otherwise go unnoticed. We assist in the creation of mutually beneficial business partnerships for local organisations, helping them build their innovation capacity and meet their capital requirements.

Currently, EEN is comprised of approximately 600 business support organisations in 51 EU and non-EU countries. EEN services are specifically designed for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) but are also available to all businesses, research centres and universities across Europe.

EEN and UCL Advances

UCL Advances is one of the delivery partners in the EEN London Consortium. We work closely with other partners - Greater London Enterprise (GLE), the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Kingston University – to ensure we offer the best support possible.

The EEN team at Advances focuses on:

  • Knowledge and Tech transfer
  • Research and Development funding

The EEN team works closely with the Business Support Team at UCL Advances, offers wide range of seminars and workshops focusing on building innovation capacity for London businesses. We also offer company missions abroad to help companies explore new markets and client bases, so watch our events page for updates and upcoming opportunities.
