Want to go to Kenya, Ghana, Uganda or the Philippines to join forces with budding entrepreneurs and make a big difference to local communities?
Do you want to work with entrepreneurs in Kenya, Uganda, Ghana or the Philippines?
The Balloon Fellowship is a pioneering programme that brings enterprise to Africa and Asia to create jobs, tackle poverty and bring about positive change.
Each summer we invite ten outstanding students to take part. You get a chance to learn about enterprise, work with and help train your counterparts to start businesses, and help them pitch for investment.
The six-week project includes a week of intensive entrepreneurship and innovation training, followed by collaborating with local entrepreneurs to start businesses that address issues in their local communities. Finally, work with them to pitch for the investment that will kickstart their businesses.
