CleanTech Challenge Co-Chair

UCL Enterprise Society aims to promote, foster and support entrepreneurship among UCL’s postgraduate community through networking opportunities with industry experts and investors, exposure to UCL’s world-renowned research facilities through guided tours and special events like the CleanTech Challenge.

The CleanTech challenge is a student competition hosted by University College London and London Business School. It brings together students from technology and business “to propose new opportunities for potential new products and services in the 'clean technology' arena.” More information can be found at www.cleantechnologychallenge.com

Key Duties

The CleanTech Challenge Co-Chair, along with students from London Business School, will lead the planning committee for the 2013 CleanTech Challenge. As a Co-Chair you will lead a committee of 3-5 members. Activities may include: maintaining contact with sponsors, mentors and student teams, motivate committee, ensure that committee members fulfill their deadlines.

  • Ideal: Project Management skills
  • Ideal: Experience planning events and interest in CleanTech industry
