Service in Partnership (SiP)
SiP is an Oracle based system which enables UCL departments to electronically submit the following forms to Human Resources and Finance:
- Appointment Forms
- Change to Appointment Forms
- One-Off Payments
- Leavers Notifications (inclusive of retirement forms)
The UCL Services System enables Departmental Administrators and other departmental staff, as nominated by the Head of Department, to request and revoke access to UCL services for members of their department including staff, visitors and, where appropriate, students.
