Advance
ISD operates the Advance alumni system on behalf of the Development and Alumni Relations Office. Advance is an off-the-shelf product that runs via ADS managed computers. Certain additional functions are available through web-based forms, including:
- Bank Line Matching
- Pledge Chase Files
- Reconciliation
- Reporting
- OGM Admin
- User Management
Important Information about Java 7 (Mar 2013)
Admin Systems are moving to use and support Java 7 from the end of March 2013. Further details users can be found on the Admin Systems Java Install page.
In some cases you can upgrade to Java 7 now and use Admin Systems as normal but please note the following
- FIS, FAMIS and EDRM users should keep Java 6 until advised otherwise. See note on the Admin Systems Java Install page.
