Welcome to the Centre for Sociological Theory & Research on Health

This new Centre was set up in 2009 to provide a focal point both for UCL sociologists and colleagues interested in health and healthcare and for the wider community. It aims:
  • to collate and represent expertise in the sociology of health in UCL;
  • to consolidate and build on links with colleagues in other disciplines;
  • to encourage internal and external collaboration;
  • to provide a supportive focus and resource for colleagues and students.
