INTERVIEWS WITH PERSONAL TUTORSAll Maths students (combined or single honours) should have a brief interview with their personal tutor during the next week (before 14 March). A list of personal tutors can be found HERE (or on the 5th floor notice board).2. EXAM TIMETABLES.These are not yet available; they come from the Registry of this college. Information will be provided as soon as we have it. 3. TERM 2 TUTORIALSThese will start next week (week of 19 Jan) if they have not started already for for ALL students taking one or more of MATH1102, 1202, 1203, 1302 and 1402. The great majority of first year students reading for Maths degrees will have two tutorials per week, one for 1102/1202 and one for 1302/1402. Please see Tutorials for information about this and other things4. OFFICE HOURS.Each lecturer of a module this term has an office hour.5. DEPT STUDENT-STAFF COMMITTEEThis met recentlly; see notice for list of reps and also the minutes and the terms of reference of the committee.
6. 1401 COMPULSORY TESTThis is a compulsory part of the module MATH1401: please see 1401test for information. 7. STUDENT MENTORSAll first years students on Maths degrees have assigned to them a second or third year student mentor, whom they can contact if they wish. A list of mentors (among other things) can be found at Tutorials. 8. RECODING OF MODULESAll Maths modules will have new codes for 2006-2007. Click here for details of new codes. 9. DEPARTMENTAL LIBRARYThere is a small library in the student common room, providing books which can be borrowed by undergraduate maths students.
