The interdisciplinary nature of planetary science means that a wide range of courses form part of the Planetary Science undergraduate degree course. During the degree, students undergo training in geology, geophysics, maths, physics, geochemistry, astrophysics, spacecraft engineering...in fact, the list can be so long that it is better to just look here: Planetary Science Degree Information.

Information about the wide range of degree courses that are offered by the department of Earth Sciences at UCL can be found here: Earth Science Courses.

Depending on personal course choice, a number of lectures are undertaken at the Mullard Space Science Laboratory, and in the Department of Physics and Astronomy.

We provide a resource centre for planetary science students of links to journals, missions and other information here: Resources.
